Sicily, ItalyFloral, scented, pure, with raspberry blossoms, violets, dark cherry, herbs and anise across whisper fine, spiderwerb-strong tannins and brightened with crunchy acidity. This biodynamic, naturalist lighter-bodied red is 70 percent frapatto and 30 percent nero d’avola, with 10–15 days on skins and then 6 months in stainless steel.
