It is fermented in concrete before spending 12-18 months in French oak barrels and casks. Smoked branch, prune, dark cherry, and blackberry mark the nose of this ripe Next World pinot noir. Potent and full but with an elegance that tempers the tobacco, ash, blackcurrant, black cherry, and mineral flavours.
