Garzón, Maldonado, San José, UruguayWhite flowers and pear aromas lead to a bright, tight palate of green apples and gooseberry gummies. The tight mid-line of zesty acidity carries to the finish, keeping this white crisp and clean. The grigio spends three to six months in stainless steel on the lees to add extra mouthfeel to counterbalance the acidity.
