Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaPlanted 1985, this is three clones, all destemmed. Darker fruited, denser perfumed black raspberry, cherry in this full bodied pinot. You can feel the support of oak here (one year on lees in French oak, 40 percent new), propping up a dark, ripe, sweet plum core.
