Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe, warm, savoury black fruit studded with peppercorns opens up the nose of this single vineyard shiraz. One year in French and American oak is evident with grippy cedar hewn tannins supporting potent black cherry, blackberry, raspberry fruit with quite a bit of acidity poking through the back end. It’s an intense wine with a somewhat medicinal cherry finish.
