Mosel, GermanyThe Urbans-Hof white labels are dry tasting and are among our very favourites. Saarfeilser faces directly south making it one of the warmest sites in the cool Saar region. A twice changing river course has left a deposit of sand and gravel at Saarfeilser creating the delicate nature of this wine that opens with white flowers and wild herbs fed by a palate packed with a tightrope of acid, peach, citrus and dusty stony dry finish.
