Mosel, GermanyI love how consistent this Saar vineyard is. Bockstein is a steep, south-facing slope of hard, gravelly slate rock. The style is light and fruity with bright minerality. Fresh racy flowery, nectarine notes preview a juicy, delicate palate of slate and orange and guava flavours with creamy acidity. Ripe apple, orange, honey, slate, guava and mineral/lees flavours.
