Chablis, Burgundy, FranceA selection of three old vine, mid slope parcels from growers and estate fruit on the 1er Cru Mont de Milieu. This was whole bunch pressed and aged in foudres on fine lees. A streak of flint, subtle clove, light hazelnut, wild herbs, perfumed lemon blossom, dried pear, preserved lemon and broken stone which lingers on the lengthy finish.
