The nose is Cava bright with fresh, persistent citrus, melon notes with a dusting of dried herbs. The blend is a mix of traditional grapes 30/40/20 macabeo, xarel.lo and parellada. The palate is equally fresh and bright but with creamy, delicious lees, and fresh baked brioche notes in the finish. Estate grown and bottled, I love the value here. The nose is Cava bright with a strong, citrus, melon nose flecked with savoury, dried herbs. The blend is 30/40/20 macabeo, xarel.lo and parellada. The plate is similar in taste but creamy with a delicious lees, brioche note in the finish. Estate grown and bottled this offers solid value.
