Monte Creek Ranch Foch 2015
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA foch by any other name would still be a foch. Dark purple, peppery, gamy, foxy and meaty in character. There are hints of black currant that fade into its wild notes. The style is round and soupy with a hit of peppery acid in the finish. Serve with mature cheeses for best results. I'm not sure we need this grape in BC.Tasted: 17 December 2016Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $18.49 | 750ml | winery direct, private and VQA wine shops |
