Champagne, FranceAmple cherry, raspberry, and strawberry jam in this expressive rosé, its concentration a surprise considering the pale and delicate pink hue. Smoked stones, spiced berries waft through the fresh, lifted, elegant palate. This is a blend of 70/30 pinot noir/chardonnay, 20 percent of which is matured in oak tuns (without MLF), and rests for four years on the lees, plus an additional six months after disgorging in the bottle.
