Tuscany, ItalyA super bright vermentino grown over clay and sand, south facing at 180 metres above sea level. Naturally fermented, this spends four months on its lees in stainless steel. The nose is cool and complex with hints of citrus, seaweed, sea salt and pine. The attack is very fresh with a strong citrus undercurrent and more rosemary, dried herbs, pine, peach and lime fruit.
