Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSlightly reduced nose of tobacco leaf, cedar and meaty, leather aromas. Round, slightly dirty entry with cherry, earthy, coffee, peppery, fruit flavours and some grippy tannins. Rustic this will need some grilled beef to pull it all together.
