The 2015 is fully ripe but super fresh too. Bright and juicy it doesn’t have any of that ponderous Alsatian-stylled weight, that can make it a chore to drink. This is fun and it is delicious too. Almost watery in a good sense with floral orange tropical fruit flavours, try this with a spicy stir fry or sushi rolls.
