Champagne Fleury Fleur de l'Europe Brut Nature NV

Champagne, FranceA richer, generous style, hemmed in with a lattice of firm acidity, this is a biodynamic, third generation grower champagne from the Vallée de l'Aube in the Côte des Bar. One of the first to move to full biodynamics, this cuvee is a blend of 85/15 pinot noir/chardonnay, with an an average age of vines 25 years and 25 percent reserve wine. Lemon pith, lemon curd, baked apple lead the round and creamy mid palate, with large flake sea salt, toast and a light kiss of fragrant honey and camomile florals on the finish. A confident and assertive style.Tasted: 05 December 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
