Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaKatherine’s Sparkle is tank fermented using a variety of grapes including pinot gris, ortega, kerner, muller thurgau and a selection of Blattner whites. The bubble attack is soft and fruity with bright, floral, apple, honey and litchi aromas. The mid-palate acidity is bright to support the fresh green apple and lemon notes in the background.
