Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe hand sorted and whole bunch pressed grapes blend 50% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir, 9% pinot blanc and one percent shiraz for its peachy salmon colour. All the components are fermented separately but come together nicely in a red fruited fizz with a feather light palate of strawberry, cherry streaked with a touch of mandarin.
