Under winemaker Lynzee Schatz the wine has gained a touch more sophistication for what it is, a mid day bubble made for the patio and and pre-dinner sips. With an RS of 4 g/L, it's on the drier side, with ample white florals, pear, kiwi, and apple. Acidity is bright and lively through the snappy finish. It is primarily dry (hooray), full of floral pear, crisp apple, with a subtle frizzante bubble. A fun sparkler to while away an afternoon on a sunny patio.
