Blue Mountain Blanc de Blancs R.D. Méthode Traditionelle 2009

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA year ago, we reviewed the Blue Mountain Blanc de Blancs R. D. Méthode Traditionelle disgorged in late 2016. The winery held half of the wine back to space out the supply and gave it another year in bottle before releasing it in December 2017. If anything, it’s better with its smoked stone, toasted nut and bright citrus notes even further integrated into a mix of green apple and a blend of toasted hazelnuts and almonds. Focus, purity and finesse make this a market leader in British Columbia. Oysters or assorted west coast shellfish are the match — first class.Tasted: 01 December 2017Tasted by: Prices:
