When everyone is drinking sauvignon blanc you can be sipping picpoul and looking like the ultimate wine hipster. Fresh and citrus covered, there’s notes of honey, quince and ginger on the nose and palate that fade into a juicy persistent finish of lemon oil, quince, ginger and grapefruit.
