Mission Hill Reserve Limited Edition Viognier 2015
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRich and perfumed apricot nectar, ripe peach, quince jam and pear butter fill this intense, voluminous viognier from MHFE's sun-drenched west Osoyoos vineyard all with a warming ginger/marmalade trail on the finish. This reserve tier represents the top fifteen percent of holdings. In 2015, the fruit was fermented in a mix of concrete eggs, oak barrels, and stainless steel tanks and it has a freshness and balance that offsets its off dry, supple and rubenesque white.
