Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis ripe and full-bodied southern Okanagan gris reflects the warm 2015 vintage, further plumped by whole cluster pressing and a ferment shared between neutral French oak, stainless and concrete eggs. Five months on the lees with weekly stirring amplifies the richness further, with leesy, creamy, lush pear, musk melon, white peach laced with grapefruit pith.
