Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaGive this expressive wine airtime, decant, or open hours in advance. Attractively reductive in style, with eraser, fresh herbs, earth, whiffs of caramelized onion and laces of lemon pith. Wood is present on the palate (18 months in oak, 10 percent of which is new), but very complete and well integrated, with herbal, hay, lees and fine spicing.
