Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla, SpainThis sparkling dry Spanish wine is from ten-year-old viura vines, grown organically in Las Pedroñeras-Cuenca. Sour lemon, sharp green apple and bitter herbs throughout the frothy palate give off a sharp briskness. The finish is short and leaves stone dust behind.
