Lock and Worth Square One Cabernet Franc V.4 2014

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe forth incarnate of this wine, this is 1995 planted Naramata Bench cabernet franc, grown on clay and rested seventeen months in neutral French oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Fleshy black plum, black cherry, quiet anise and red currant is chiseled with structured, grippy and fine tannins and seasoned with enticing brambled herbs. Young and subtle, but with compact fruit, enjoy this now with a decant, or be rewarded with some cellar time.Tasted: 20 July 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
