Young & Wyse Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDusty gravels, pencil lead, black liquorice and thorny blackberry rule this full bodied cabernet sauvignon, while espresso and a lick of mint weave through the middle. Tannins are ripe and chewy, and finish with a bitter black cherry astringency and ample heat.
