Nelson, South Island, New ZealandSpiced apple, brioche and lemon meringue fill the mouth of this full Nelson chardonnay, sourced from vineyards on the Waimea Plains on the north western tip of New Zealand's South Island. Fermentation in new and seasoned French oak and full MLF have upped the creaminess and amplified the nutmeg spiciness. A lick of flint intermingles with vanilla and heat on the finish.
