Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNot near as big as last year’s offering it opens with a little more red fruit and minerality off the top. The entry is juicy and soft with silky tannins and cherry mocha fruit with a savoury undercurrent. The finish is short but all in all a pretty delicious drink. The wine spent 20 months in 30 percent new French Oak and 10 percent new oak is welcomed here.
