Montakarn Tippy Toe Unoaked 2014
CanadaTippy Toe is a co-fermented 64/26/10 mix of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and viognier aged on neutral oak and nice jump up in freshness over the 2013. The attack is clean and bright with rich, honeyed, tropical fruit flavours with just the right level of acidity underneath. There is a hint of sweetness that could easily be dissipated by a touch of spice in any food pairing.
