Campo de Borja, Aragon, SpainWe love the value here in this blend of garnacha, tempranillo and syrah made from 15 to 25-year-old vines grown over clay and limestone soils. Stainless steel preserves all the concentrated dark berry fruit, ripened by the hot Spanish sun and saturated with smoky, bramble, savoury peppery undercurrent. The tannins are ripe and sticky, anchoring the juicy fruit, and finishing with a warm, espresso twist.
