British Columbia, CanadaMonster pink is a mix of malbec, merlot and syrah bled off their skins after minimal contact time. The attack is fresh and ripe with dried strawberry notes on the nose and palate with a dash of savoury dried herbs. At seven grams per sugar its barely off-dry flavours leaving some bitter cherry notes in the finish.
