Western Cape, South AfricaSmoky rubbery, bacon nose with bits of bacon/resin and earth. The attack is soft and warm with ripe almost sweet peppery fruit, cocoa, cedar and candied cherry flavours. The finish is short and sticky with light but fuzzy tannins. A simple commercial hamburger red.
