Time Cabernet Franc 2014
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSlightly reduced on the nose upon opening. Earthy, cedar, tobacco, olive aromas preview some black fruit. The attack is soft and round with warm, spicy, savoury blackberry, black cherry fruit flavours. The finish is medium long with a touch of heat but not a lot of tannin. Try this with grilled lamb chops or a piece of Manchego cheese. This should improve in the cellar over the next five years. Good value.Tasted: 20 April 2016Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $19.99 | 750ml | winery direct, VQA and private wine shops |
