Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit is sourced from Black Sage Bench. The nose is herbaceous with cool/green fruit characters mixed with cedar and a fair bit of oak. The attack is similar with raw black cherry flavours sitting over some spicy toasted oak and flecked by green pepper, resin and mentholated balsamic notes. Best with barbecued meats to tone down the edges.
