The palate is round, the tannins beginning to fade but still rough and drying with earthy cassis and savoury, menthol cherry and cocoa in the finish. The palate is round, the tannins grippy/grainy tannins and more, earthy, cassis and chocolate flavours flecked with savoury, menthol cherry and cocoa. The finish is dry with peppery note.
