The result is a soupy, milky chocolate red with sweet, spicy blackberry cherry fruit with a confected, cocoa, vanilla finish. A classic, sweet red of the wine style sweeping America. Aged in oak 1/3 new American and 2/3 older French oak for some 18 months.
