Bella Westbank Gamay Rosé Brut 2015
West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of two gamay rosé bubbles, this terroir-focused fizz is from Beaumont Vineyard in Westbank. The gutsier of the pair is the Westbank from the certified organic, volcanic soiled Beaumont Vineyard. Half was destemmed and half whole cluster, leaving lots of punchy colour and intensity in the glass. Wild primary ferment is echoed in the earth-hued rhubarb, wild strawberries and bracing pink grapefruit acidity.
