Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSweetly perfumed musk, butterscotch and applesauce rule this disjointed chardonnay. The attack is a mix of fresh acidic green apple followed by a nutty, oaky, buttery simple style chardonnay with a short finish. Some sixty percent is barrel fermented with sixty percent of that portion in French oak and the remainder in convection toasted wood. The other forty percent is fermented in stainless.
