Lunessence Chardonnay 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe vineyards, winemaking and cellaring is accompanied by classical music at Lunessence which no doubt keeps all happy. This chardonnay is 30 percent aged in Slovakian oak while the remainder spends six months in stainless steel. The palate is a nutty buttery affair with red apple and perfumed apple blossoms. The finish is short and slightly sweet leaving us wanting more (not of this).
