Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ItalyRibolla Gialla is a very versatile, adaptable grape. Its high acidity allows it many different guises, though yields need to be kept low for quality. Heady and earthy, savoury aromas. A sheen of petrol, more herbs and wild grasses, meadow flower and white pepper through the finish are lifted with a tight and pithy refreshing lemon acidity.
