Beamsville Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Estate riesling is sourced from four separate vineyard blocks on the Beamsville Bench and fermented separately (cold, in stainless) before blending and bottling. The result is an intense pour of lime curd, pink grapefruit and eraser, finishing just off-dry and with a wave of limey mouth-watering acidity.
