Backyard Vineyards Porch Wine NV
British Columbia, CanadaPorch wine is a nod to ‘Porch’-ugal and its famous fortified wines although the winery suggests “you can drink it anywhere and with, or after, anything." The nose is slightly reduced upon opening so we recommend decanting this fortified wine that is reminiscent of a tawny/ruby port style. Look for a sweet nose with blackcurrants, stewed cherries and hints of Christmas cake. The finish is suitably soft and sweet.
