Piedmont, ItalyExpressive leather, kirsch and floral aromas are promising, though the palate is affected by a subtle wash of Brettanomyces, muting up the finish before its due. Even still, there is a solid core of cherry, raspberry, roses and fine, gritty tannins before it closes out.
