Emilia-Romagna, ItalyThis pinot bianco from Emilia Romagna is splashed with 10 percent sauvignon blanc, producing a crisp, citrus-laced white, one coloured with oxidative hues. Almond, river stone, tight pear, green apple and subtle honey flows on the medium-bodied palate. A gentle cushion of pear / Asian pear supports the crisp fruit. Pour with shellfish.
