Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe LS chardonnay is a Small Cap wine: production is limited to 215 cases all aged in French oak barrels. Finesse is settling in at Laughing Stock, better oak, less oak, better managed oak, better lees, and better viticulture is all coming together at Laughing Stock. It not the most delicate vintage with more ripe pineapple, honey and butter this year but with clean enticing lees notes and creamy textures it works. The fruit is all Naramata Bench.
