Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyThis rosso is made 100%, estate sangiovese-grosso grapes. Argiano makes one of the richer Rosso di Montalcinos starting with its deep colour and spicy menthol, earthy, cherry flavours. It goes into used French oak barrels for the malolactic fermentation before spending about 10 months in larger Slavonian oak barrels until bottling.
