Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe winery describes sémillon as a hobo “because we know how great it can be; how flavourful and unique.” There is no oak here, which is great. There is some lanolin and what I would describe as crushed white fruits it just lacking a bit of acidity, power and persistence in the mouth.
