The Hatch Hatchchild Cabernet Sauvignon Inkameep Vineyard 2012
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Osoyoos' Inkameep Vineyard, this cabernet sauvignon swears true to the grape's blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry triad, though through a guise of soft, ripe and gently tannic structure. Subtle smoke, tobacco, black plum and a silken mouthfeel drape the palate, roughed up with a grippy tug of tannins, courtesy of 25 percent new French oak.
