Valdepeñas, Castilla-La Mancha, SpainThis Valdepeñas tempranillo is slightly more rustic than its Rioja counterpart offering up spicy, cherry peppery fruit on the nose with a hint of resin and tobacco. The attack is fresh with more smoky, black cherry fruit, caraway seed flavours.
