Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGood black pepper, smoky, celery salt, meaty, black berry, licorice root, chocolate aromas with a bit of vanilla and roast pepper. Dry, fresh, warm, tight palate with some young tannins. Coffee, sausage meat, black pepper, black berry, resin, poultry spice, resin and licorice flavours.
